These terms govern the plumbing, bathroom renovation and refurbishment services provided by Fast Plumber Midlands, trading as Midlands Utility Solutions Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
All quotations are free and provided without obligation. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Work will only begin once you have confirmed acceptance of the quote in writing.
For larger projects, a staged payment schedule will be agreed in advance and detailed on the quotation. For smaller works and emergency call-outs, invoices are due within 7 days of completion unless otherwise agreed. Finance options are available on qualifying projects, subject to approval.
All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from completion. Manufacturer warranties on supplied materials and appliances will be passed on to you.
You are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the property for the duration of the work. Any delays caused by lack of access, undisclosed pre-existing issues, or client-requested variations may affect timelines and cost.
We carry £2 million public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the works undertaken and does not cover indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot be limited by UK law.
You may cancel any booked works up to 48 hours before the agreed start date at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee reflecting materials already ordered and time reserved.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
