What a complete renovation covers
A full bathroom renovation replaces the room rather than refreshing it. We take the space back to the structure, correct pipework and falls properly, waterproof before tiling, and install the sanitaryware and brassware to the specification agreed at quotation stage.

Bathroom renovation FAQs
How long does a complete bathroom renovation take?
Most full bathroom renovations take around one to two weeks on site, depending on the size of the room, the amount of structural or pipework alteration required and the finishes chosen. We confirm a realistic schedule in writing before work begins.
Do you supply the bathroom or can I buy my own?
Both work. We can specify and supply sanitaryware, brassware and tiling, or install items you have chosen yourself. We will tell you honestly if something you have selected is unsuitable for the space.
Do you provide a written quotation?
Yes. After a survey we provide an itemised written quotation setting out the scope of work, materials and the schedule, so you can see exactly what is included.
Which areas do you cover?
Birmingham and the surrounding West Midlands, including Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Walsall and Wolverhampton.
Will the bathroom be usable during the work?
During a full renovation the room is out of use. We agree the sequence with you in advance and, where a property has only one bathroom, we plan the works to keep disruption as short as possible.
